We explain the problem, discuss the proposed work, and provide an estimate so you can understand the next steps for your home.
Restoration and HVAC Experience
Our service work includes mold-affected materials, drying after leaks, AC repair and installation, coil and air-handler cleaning, and duct cleaning. We tailor the scope to the property and explain when a separate assessment or additional trade is needed.

His completed training includes water damage restoration and applied microbial remediation through IICRC programs, mold sampling methodology, cleaning methods for specific materials, and an Introduction to HVAC weekend course at South Florida Academy of Air Conditioning.
Equipment Matched to the Job
Depending on the project, we use moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air filtration. Equipment selection and monitoring depend on the affected materials and site conditions.
