Equipment brands behind our work

Dri-Eaz

Official manufacturer website ↗

Drying & HEPA filtration

We use Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers as part of our water damage restoration and mold remediation work. Dehumidifiers remove water vapor, air movers help moisture evaporate from materials, and HEPA filtration captures airborne particles.

Phoenix

Official manufacturer website ↗

Drying & air filtration

Our Phoenix equipment includes dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers. We select the equipment and placement for the affected space, materials and drying conditions, then monitor progress rather than relying on how a surface feels.

Injectidry

Official manufacturer website ↗

Specialty structural drying

Injectidry specialty drying equipment helps us direct airflow into selected floors, wall cavities, ceilings and cabinets. We assess material condition, access and contamination before deciding whether specialty drying is appropriate or removal is needed.

Titan

Official manufacturer website ↗

Hydroxyl odor treatment

We use Titan hydroxyl generators for odor treatment when appropriate to the project. Odor treatment supports the restoration process alongside source removal and cleaning; it does not replace removal of damaged materials or moisture control.

FLIR

Moisture investigation & monitoring

FLIR inspection and measurement equipment helps us investigate suspected moisture and document conditions. Thermal imaging shows temperature differences that can guide further checks; moisture readings help verify findings. A thermal image alone does not identify mold or confirm moisture.

How the equipment works together

  1. Inspect and measure. We investigate the affected area and take moisture readings to help define the work.
  2. Plan the work. Material condition, water source, access and contamination determine the drying and cleanup approach.
  3. Dry and filter. Dehumidifiers and air movers support drying. Air scrubbers and specialty drying systems are added where the scope calls for them.
  4. Monitor progress. Follow-up readings help us adjust the equipment and assess drying progress.

Air scrubbers filter airborne particles; they do not remove mold growing on building materials. Equipment choice and drying time depend on the job.

Cleaning products, disinfectants and restoration coatings

Cleaning and coating products have different jobs. We discuss the proposed products and surfaces as part of the project scope. Selection depends on the material, contamination, label directions and required surface preparation.

Cleaning products

Cleaning removes soils and residues from suitable surfaces. Product compatibility and the condition of the material guide the cleaning method.

Disinfectants

Where the work calls for disinfection, the product must be suitable for the surface and application. Label directions determine dilution, contact time and use conditions.

Primers, sealers & coatings

Restoration coatings may be considered after the required cleaning and preparation. Painting over visible mold is not a substitute for remediation or fixing the moisture source.

Manufacturer information on chemicals and coatings

For homeowners who want to learn about product categories, these manufacturers publish restoration product information. These are educational resources, not a list of products promised for every project.
